A Grand Jury's Conclusion

About two weeks ago, I have discovered that there is an index that people's names are submitted to at the Department of Justice. After reading about this index on the DOJ's website, and on many other websites, it appears that people can be put on that index without that person knowing, and many times, that person may be innocent. This is an index that does not appear to afford a person due process, and it can effect someone very seriously as anyone reading this blog can see. On the DOJ website, it states and makes it clear that the DOJ does not have any responsibility for the accuracy about the information kept on that index and throws that responsibility back to the "reporting agency." I don't know if I am on that index, I have never seen it on paper, but I am suspecting that I am because of the way DCFS and the dependency court has treated me and my case with my grandson.

Take a look at what a grand jury concluded in the year 2009-2010 about the Child Abuse Central Index. It does not make one feel, well, comfortable at all about all of our Civil Rights. The link is:

(If you really want to see this link you may have to physically copy it and then put it in the browser window to be able to pull it up. If that doesn't work google: "child abuse central index". You will find all kinds of information that is very distressing and well it should be.)

I know there has to be a legal remedy for this. It's just finding it could take years while my grandson grows up, who knows where? It is very distressing. It is just unbelieveable. I thought that we were all afforded due process in these United States and I thought we had Civil Rights, but I am rethinking that. And it could happen to any of us at any time.

County loses $4.9 million lawsuit over lying social workers

This is a big win for all of us. Please see the link below. This case could set precedent! I have been a victim of the same thing. This is why I am in law school. I can hardly wait until I can call all of them to answer for their lies.

So I'm thinking......

Unconstitutional Seizure of a Person, 4th Amendment; Malfeasance Action Re: Governmental Employees; Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress; Defamation Action; and the more I study the more I find. I have one other thing that they were so wrong about, but I just can't find what kind of action it fits into, but I know I'll find one, and probably many more. It won't be just myself filing these actions. I now have so many others who have contacted me. It has to be the worst secret of shame this Country has.

Lifting Governmental Immunity

I have been thinking that Governmental Immunity needs to be lifted, and people need to be held accountable, maybe not just in the dependency courts, but in all things. I have been reading cases against governmental agencies for wrongful death and the victim's families are awarded damages. Why isn't the foster care system held to this same standard when they inflict emotional distress on a child or a family? I know of a case right now, I think I've written about it before, where a man got an Appellate Court Order to return his child. He has now spent over $1million and attended over 130 court hearings on. It has been more than 30 days. WFT!!!! Are they above the decision of an Appellate Court? Three justices of that Court concurred that the child should be returned. Why hasn't CPS complied? I have come to believe that they love to inflict emotional distress because they can. I'm not saying that all social workers do, but from what I've seen, and the people that have contacted me both the family and the children now, I believe it is common. I have heard from dozens and dozens of children that were taken by CPS and still bearing the emotional scars. So I think Governmental Immunity must be lifted and these children (many of whom now are adults) be heard in our Courts.

4th Amendment to the US Constitution

I am studying the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution this morning and am wondering if the seizure of a child from a biological family would be considered an unreasonable seizure, especially when there were family members willing and ready to care for the child. I am also wondering about false imprisonment of children. I wonder if these things could apply to what I am questioning? My law professors tell me that everything is arguable. I guess time will tell.

Take a look at this, just another family they've destroyed.

I've just realized that I know so many people that this has happened to. How is that possible? My next thought is: "because it happens a lot." I will be working toward personal liability for the children that they've destroyed.

Please support AB 73 to save our children.

The People who did this need to be held PERSONALLY LIABLE!

I have started into law school because of what is posted here in the previous two years. I will fight this fight for the rest of my life. $800,000 was not enough for the life of this child. The People responsible need to be held PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE for this. It should never happen to a child.

The Circle Game

My grandson was 20 months old a couple of days ago, and he and his sister remain in the foster care system. I have started law school so that someday, hopefully by the time I die, I may help this world by changing this horrible system. I also met a man today with the exact same views and problems that I have had with DCFS. We are now playing The Circle Game.....and the seasons they go round and round, and the painted ponies they go up and down, we are captive on the carosel of time........
